Kat is serving as PASI’s first Business Operations Manager and brings a wealth of administrative and leadership experience to the company. She manages administrative functions and operations of the firm, contributes to the management of bookkeeping, financial reporting, work scheduling, human resources, project management and tracking, production and efficiencies, streamlining operations, and training. Kat also works in new plan implementation and special projects.
Kat has over 20 years of experience in business operations. She started her career with East Coast Auto Rental as Controller and worked as Assistant to the Director of Operations at Filomeno & Company before joining PASI, LLC in 2017.
She received an Accounting Certificate from Tunxis Community College in 2018 and graduated Summa Cum Laude from Quinnipiac University with a BA in Business Administration in 2020.
